About DF Motorsports
Welcome to DesignFuel.net (DF)
MotorSports. DF Motorsports (DFM) got started in 1997
and took on full time championship racing in 2000. Since
2000 DF MotorSports has claimed 11 Drivers championships
and 9 constructors championships in Nascar. DFM entered
the Endurance racing arena in 2005 and has claimed
several podium finishes but has yet to reach the elusive
top step. DFM joined in Formula 1 in 2009 placing the
only North American (2 US) drivers in the field. The
season is coming to a close and currently our best
finishes are 2nd (Steffen Luh (GER)) and 5th (James Paad
(US)). Next on our plate is a full season of endurance
racing starting Jan. 2010.
Currently DFM is
running full time in Formula 1 and Special Endurance
Racing events. Part time in Nascar as time allows.
Upcoming: DFM is scheduled to have drivers running
in a new 2010 Endurance series with 8 4 hour events and
2 12 hour events a long with running the Special
Endurance events (12h,24h). We plan on entering in our
2nd season in Formula 1 for 2010 with the same driver
line-up. Nascar again might be an option as a part time
gig to pass the time between events.
As we
finalize plans for 2010 we will edit this page with the
drivers and series they will be driving in.
